It is a refreshing Gin, ideal to be served with tonic water and a twist of lemon.
The Mallfy Gin with lemon is born from the work of Torino Distillati. The company was founded in 1992 by acquiring a historic Vermouth distillery in Moncalieri. Soon, it stood out for the quality and original taste of its distillates. The creation of the Malfy brand has proven to be a highly appreciated operation among enthusiasts. The Gins from Torino Distillati, are unique in their kind and are still made with a maniacal care in every phase of processing, from the selection of botanicals to the distillation processes. It is precisely thanks to these characteristics that Malfy Gins are so sought after by those who love innovative flavors and Gins capable of surprising with unusual, fresh, and elegant aromas.
The Mallfy lemon Gin is born from the desire to combine the classic taste of Gin with the aromas and scents typical of citrus fruits. The distillate is made with an infusion in pure alcohol of: Tuscan juniper, Amalfi lemon, coriander, cassia, angelica, iris, and licorice. The distillation takes place under vacuum with a steel still, being careful to keep the temperature low, in order to gently extract all the scents and aromas. Before bottling, a filtration is carried out to eliminate all impurities that may remain in the Gin after distillation. In the glass, it appears crystalline and transparent. The bouquet expresses citrusy aromas, lemon zest, hints of grapefruit, orange, delicately spicy, on a balsamic background of juniper. The sip is soft, with aromas of herbs, spices, and citrus. The finish is characterized by a good persistence and a pleasant citrus freshness.
