Malfy Original Gin is the result of research to find the right balance between a careful selection of botanicals. The base ingredients consist of: Tuscan juniper, coriander, cassia, angelica, iris, licorice, orange, grapefruit, and Amalfi or Sicilian lemon. The infusions take place in alcohol and the distillation process occurs under vacuum with a steel still, in order to preserve all the aromas of the herbs. The Gin is transparent and crystalline with remarkable brightness and clarity. The bouquet expresses aromas characterized by fresh citrus notes of orange and lemon, delicately spiced hints, licorice root, and floral nuances. The entry on the palate is particularly soft and fresh, decidedly citrusy with a persistent finish that returns to spicy notes.
