Gin Panarea
Gin Panarea is inspired to the Aeolian Islands and produced by Inga family distillers: a grain and juniper spirits flavored with juniper, myrtle and citruses. It is a smooth, fresh, intense and spicy gin with a mediterranean character, ideal for great long drinks!
Gin Panarea pays homage to the charm of the island located in the Aeolian archipelago in Sicily. Every detail of this product, especially the use of "local" botanicals, is a tribute to that Sicily where the origins of the Inga family – coming from Noto and dedicated to distillation since 1832 – lie, the owner of the distillery where Gin Panarea takes shape. A label with a unique flavor, which transports sip after sip into the Mediterranean scrub of the island, told with clear and quality aromas. A distillate in which the refinement of taste, original and pleasant, represents the key to positively differentiate itself from the most classic and traditional Gins.
Panarea Gin is born from the infusion in a distillate – obtained starting from grains and juniper – of various botanical ingredients. We recall the famous myrtle of Panarea, along with coriander and the peel of various Sicilian citrus fruits. The distillation phase is carefully monitored by the team of the distillery, a reality that has a long tradition in the art of making distillates. It is important to remember that Gin Panarea is gluten-free, allergen-free, and free from artificial additives.
Gin Panarea asserts itself in the glass with a colorless, perfectly crystalline and transparent texture. The range of notes offered to the nose tells of a fresh, spicy texture, where the notes of myrtle blend with those of the peel of some typically Sicilian citrus fruits. It enters the mouth with an intense, firm sip, characterized by the fresh taste aligned with the aromas already detected during the olfactory analysis. A Gin that completely differentiates itself from classic London Dry Gins, but that despite this adapts to the most diverse circumstances: excellent with tonic water in a classic Gin & Tonic or mixed within a Negroni, it is perfect for the most creative bartending and mixology recipes.
