The Grappa di Barbaresco Riserva “Tuttogrado” Sibona is a distillate where personality and character abound. This “Tuttogrado” is a Grappa di Barbaresco Riserva that the Sibona distillery produces starting from the pomace of Nebbiolo intended for the production of Barbaresco DOCG, obtained from vineyards located in Treiso, Neive, and Barbaresco itself. The pomace arrives in excellent condition, very fresh, at the distillery's premises, and is processed on the same day to preserve the best scents and aromas for the final product. Once distillation is complete, a first aging begins in medium-sized barrels, followed by an additional aging period in small barrels of Slavonian, Troncais, and Allier oak. At the end of this refinement, the Grappa is bottled at full proof, as can be easily understood from the name of the label, thus presenting itself for tasting with an excellent alcohol content.

The Grappa di Barbaresco Riserva “Tuttogrado” Sibona moves in the glass with a concentrated and intense straw-yellow color. Rich and generous on the nose, crossed by incisive notes where floral notes especially assert themselves decisively.
