Glass Pack Vodka '303' Squadron

“Vodka 303” is the iconic spirit of the Squadron brand, dedicated to an episode of courage and pride during the Second World War. The inspiration for this creation comes from the true story of those hundreds of Polish pilots who in 1939 decided to join the Royal Air Force and continue to fight alongside the Allies against the common enemy. Squadron 303 represented the formidable British unit that welcomed these willing comrades, celebrating every victory with the famous “shot of glory”: the sip of vodka distilled by the same soldiers inside the airbase, through which they carried a piece of their homeland. It is said that the vodka was cooled at altitude, inside a special tank attached to the Spitfire: upon returning from the mission, it was bottled in the pilots' flasks, allowing them to celebrate their return to land.
