Postales is a wine made from Malbec from the Fin del Mundo winery located in Patagonia. Maceration for 20 days with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, without the use of wood for aging. It is a young wine, with sweet tannins and a persistent finish, of deep red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers fruity notes of ripe plum and hints of violet.

fermentation lasts for about 20 days; followed by a short malolactic fermentation.

The Malbec “Postales” from Bodega del Fin del Mundo appears to the eye as an intense ruby red with violet reflections. The aromas recall ripe plum with hints of violet on the finish; on the palate, a good warm and inviting structure with soft well-integrated tannins and a persistent and pleasant finish. It pairs well with grilled red meat, but also with fresh and aged cured meats; interesting also with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes. A product to enjoy with lifelong friends or for family celebrations, to discover in the glass a distant and often little-known land, but one that can offer great emotions in the glass.
