The Mezcal ‘Salmiana’ La Planta originates in Guerrero, Mexico, from a variety of Agave known for its resilience and ability to adapt to the most difficult climates. Distilled in a copper still according to artisanal methods, it expresses the straightforwardness of a maguey cultivated with patience. On the nose, it presents itself as fresh and earthy, with a direct and natural character. On the palate, it is sweet and vegetal, soft and balanced, with a pleasant persistence.
