The Moscato d’Asti ‘Moncucco’ by Fontanafredda is an aromatic and light wine from the territory of Santo Stefano Belbo, where some of the best sweet Piedmontese wines are produced. The fermentation is interrupted before the end, just as approximately 5 degrees of alcohol are reached. This allows for a light sip and a natural sweetness. On the nose, sweet fruits such as white peach, ripe pear, and orange blossoms emerge with citrus hints on the finish. The sip is sweet, fresh, and slightly lively, with pleasant roundness.
