From our sommeliers

The Muscadet Sèvre et Maine 'Saint Vincent' by Michel Delhommeau is a sur lie white, a typical style of the area, based on the indigenous Melon Blanc. The winery works with great sensitivity to the territory, producing wines without wood aging to emphasize the fruit and utilizing the yeasts on the grape skins for fermentation. On the nose, very fresh notes of white fruit are perceived, with hints of brininess and slight exotic nuances. The attack on the palate is of pronounced freshness, the savory nature supports the nervous sip and pleasant, subtle body. The perfect companion is a dish of seafood crudités
