Organic and biodynamicThe Nebbiolo d’Alba by Gian Luca Colombo is a deep and rigorous red, produced from a single vineyard over fifty years old. Strong, demanding, and stubborn like the producer, the Nebbiolo macerates for up to fifty days and develops a dense and vertical texture. On the nose, dried rose, ripe cherry, and light spicy notes emerge, while on the palate it is tense, structured, and has great length. It pairs well with braised meats and important first courses like tajarin with ragù.
