The Nebbiolo Langhe 'Rurem' from the Bosco Agostino winery is a true and material representation of the grape that reigns over the Langhe. This winery has its roots in the Langa and draws heavily from the area's artisanal tradition, with minimal intervention in the vineyard and used, large barrels for vinification. The nose is very typical, with cherry and violet blending with subtle spicy aromas. On the palate it is harmonious, with an intense tannic profile, but with a fresh and well-balanced sip. Perfect in combination with red meat dishes, perhaps even seasoned with fine truffles
