Pet-Nat Pisani 2023

Podere Pisani's Pet-Nat is a bottle-fermented wine made mainly from Garganega grapes, a native Veneto variety that adapts well to the temperate climate of Lake Garda. The nose opens with hints of crisp fruit, citrus notes and a slight hint of aromatic herbs on the finish. On the palate, it is fresh and easy to drink, with a delicate effervescence that cleanses the palate and prepares it for the next sip. Excellent paired with fried battered vegetables or as an aperitif with fresh cheeses
