Marcel Zanolari's Pinot Bianco 'Le Anfore' is the amphora-fermented version of the classic Pinot Bianco. From the outset, it is fermented in clay-cement amphorae with the skins until malolactic fermentation is complete, a process that takes about four months. This wine is certainly more complex and structured, but retains the freshness of the original
