The Cape Dreams Pinotage is an intense and structured red that characterfully expresses the famous South African grape variety. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages for 9 months in French oak, developing an aromatic profile of dark berries, spicy hints, and delicate smoky nuances. The sip is soft, enveloping, and persistent, supported by well-integrated tannins and good structure. It pairs easily with flavorful dishes like glazed BBQ ribs.
