Pasini San Giovanni's Rosato 'San Gioan Brinat Resistente' is a sweet wine made from white and red grapes grown by Pasini, a Garda-based winery with three generations of history behind it. The grapes are harvested late and left to dry in attics until the first frosts, in order to concentrate their aromas and sugars. The nose reveals hints of candied orange peel, raspberry and ripe strawberry. On the palate, it is velvety and consistent, with an evident sweetness balanced by pronounced freshness and savouriness.
