The Rosé 'Cap Amunt' from Mas de la Sabatera is a free-range wine from Catalonia. The name betrays the location of the grapes, planted atop the high hills of the Conca de Barberà. The nose releases notes of fresh raspberries, Mediterranean herbs and mineral hints of wet stones. On the palate, it is fresh and wild, with a sip bursting with energy. Ideal with cured meat starters and white meat dishes
