The Alcohol Free Red Zero 'Ste' from the Santa Barbara winery is a wine from the Piceno region that can restore the intensity of local reds without alcohol. For this wine the winery has opted for dealcolation by direct osmosis. The nose releases intense notes of red fruits such as blueberries and plums, flowers and a hint of delicate spices. The palate is full-bodied, soft, with sumptuous tannins. Ideal with hors d'oeuvres of cured meats and first courses with light sauces
