Baraldo's 'Il Bossolotto' comes from vineyards in the province of Siena, made from Sangiovese grapes and other typical complementary varieties. The nose releases aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry, with delicate tertiary nuances of fruit jam. It is dynamic on the palate, with fine tannins that enhance its drinkability. Ideal with meat dishes and Tuscan cuisine, it pairs perfectly with pici pasta with wild boar ragù
