At the end of the harvest, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with skin maceration. The wine presents itself in the glass with a ruby red color and youthful violet hues. On the nose, it expresses a bouquet characterized by delicate scents of violet, aromas of ripe cherry, small red berry fruits, and nuances of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a light tannic texture, a pleasantly juicy and fruity sip. The finish is fresh and has good taste persistence.
