Rosso della cantina Podere Pisani is a pure Merlot, vinified in steel and made from grapes from forty-year-old vines. Fermentation and ageing in steel preserve its purity of aroma and liveliness on the palate. The nose opens with hints of dark fruit, with slight spicy notes and a balsamic and refreshing finish. On the palate, it is velvety and full-bodied, with sweet and enveloping tannins. Perfect with pumpkin, sausage and rosemary risotto
