Rum 'Insolito Wine Cask - Limited Edition' Matusalem

The Rum 'Insolito Wine Cask - Limited Edition' by Matusalem is a limited edition of 8,000 bottles, inspired by the rosés of Provence. Selected rums filtered through vegetable charcoal rest for three years according to the Solera method in barrels previously used for Tempranillo, giving it the rare copper pink color. On the nose, hints of vanilla, tropical fruit, pear, and fresh grape open up, with notes of cinnamon and toasted bread. The sip is soft and warm with slight tannic hints. Excellent alongside a dark chocolate mousse.
