Hervé Souhaut's Saint Joseph White 'L'Etrati' is a fine white wine made from Roussanne, one of the princely vines of the Northern Rhône. Hervé is a great supporter of ecological agriculture, working biodynamically and with an artisanal approach, in the cellar he prefers zero sulphites and long ageing. This white is very drinkable, yet complex and elegant, with hints of flowers and white fruit accompanied by intriguing hints of wax.
