The Saumur Blanc Brut Dumnacus is a predominantly Chenin blend that elegantly expresses the Loire's limestone tufa terroir. Aromatic and elegant, it re-ferments in the bottle for about a year to maintain its fruity profile and generate the typical, sought-after bubbles. The nose releases delicate aromas of pear and apple. On the palate it is fresh, with an elegant perlage and a harmonious sip. Ideal with fish, it pairs perfectly with oysters with lemon
