"Oh Oui!" Frizzante is the non-alcoholic refermented wine from Château Bonnet. An alcohol-free alternative obtained without resorting to energy-intensive techniques such as reverse osmosis or vacuum distillation. Only an early harvest and an infusion of carbon dioxide result in a light, lively and refined sparkling wine with fresh notes of grape juice and citrus fruits.
