Carlo Alberto Negri's Soave is a fresh, territorial white wine aged in both steel and wood, a choice that complements the classic style of Soave without distorting it. It has a floral and fruity nose and is balanced, fresh and linear on the palate. It pairs well with freshwater fish and vegetables, such as courgette risotto
