Spumante Metodo Classico Pas Dosé "Argical" from the Casa Caterina winery is an intense and elegant sparkling wine, perfect to accompany special occasions. It is made from carefully selected red grapes, indigenous yeasts and a very long aging on its own yeasts. The colour is an intense straw yellow and the perlage is fine and persistent, the nose rejoices in fragrant aromas of fruit and bread crust. The taste is creamy, soft, fresh, harmonious and with excellent persistence. 

10% della massa in botti di rovere e per il 90% in vasche d’acciaio inox. La presa di spuma segue la tecnica del Metodo Classico, con un lunghissimo affinamento sui lieviti.

Lo Spumante Casa Caterina ‘Argical’ Metodo Classico Pas Dosé svela un manto giallo paglierino intenso, con effervescenza fine e persistente. Deciso e articolato il quadro olfattivo, dipinto da note di frutta che incontrano sentori di lievito e crosta di pane. Sorso pieno, cremoso e fresco, dal finale duraturo e armonioso. Un pregiato connubio di profondità e raffinatezza, ottimo da bere subito ma dotato di grande longevità. Da provare con il risotto allo zafferano.
