Alto Adige Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Haderburg
Spumante Brut by Haderburg is a sparkling wine produced according to the traditonal method from Cahrdonnay and Pinot Nero: one of the most famous expression of the sparklind wines’ pioneer in South Tyrol. It smeels like pineapple, ripe fruits and pan brioche. In mouth it is lively, energic and fresh, with savory aromas
The Alto Adige Spumante Metodo Classico Brut by Haderburg displays a bright straw-yellow color, characterized by an intense foam and a very fine and continuous perlage. On the nose, it presents hints of yellow fruit, such as plums, greengages, tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, floral notes, aromatic herbs, and brioche bread. On the palate, it is fresh, dynamic, with fine nerve, endowed with good structure, savory and refreshing. A small gem from the Alto Adige mountains!
It then rests in the bottle on its own yeasts for 24 months after which the disgorgement is carried out and the liqueur d’expedition, a secret recipe of each winery, is added.
