The Brut Blanc de Blancs by Mazzolino is a Sparkling Classic Method wine with a clear and fragrant bouquet, a prelude to a dynamic sip, where the perlage is lively and delights the palate with elegance, without presenting a too coarse texture. A pure Chardonnay where nothing seems out of place, which testifies how the Mazzolino winery in Oltrepò Pavese is a master in crafting the bubbles that have made this territory so famous over the last few decades.

This Blanc de Blancs Classic Method is born from the pure use of an international grape variety particularly suited to showcase itself with the dress of bubbles, Chardonnay. Mazzolino cultivates this variety on hilly soils, characterized by a subsoil composed of clay and silt, located at an altitude between 180 and 220 meters above sea level. After a gentle pressing of the grapes, the must ferments for the first time in steel, then referments in the bottle according to the production process of the Classic Method. The Sparkling wine remains >on the lees for 36 months, and at the end of this period, the disgorging, dosage, and bottling operations are carried out.

The Sparkling Brut Blanc de Blancs Mazzolino reveals itself to the eye with a pale yellow soul, crossed by a fine bubble, endowed with good persistence.  The nose is crisp, wrapped in pleasant citrus and floral notes, with hints of yeast and pastry also visible. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, refreshing, with a sip characterized by a savory trail, always in balance. An excellently crafted bubble, whose body is well suited to accompany the entire meal, especially in combination with exquisite dishes based on fish and seafood.
