The Sparkling Classic Method 'Collezione Grandi Cru' by Cavalleri comes from a selection of Chardonnay from the estate's crus and is produced only in the best vintages, when the qualitative conditions allow for expressions of maximum precision and balance. The production involves separate vinification of the most vocated parcels, to return a clear and territorial style. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color and a fine and continuous perlage. On the nose, hints of ripe citrus, notes of French pastry, and touches of honey emerge.
