Teroldego 'Dannato' Redondel 2016
Redondèl's Teroldego 'Dannato' is a deep red wine, structured and linked to time. It symbolises Paolo Zanini's mission: code name Teroldego, with limited production and great attention to work in the vineyard. The style is extractive, with long maceration and ageing in large barrels, followed by further rest in the bottle. It is one of the most ambitious interpretations of the Piana Rotaliana. The nose offers wild berries, plum, violet and haematological-ferrous notes. The palate is silky, with subtle tannins and a lively, deep mouthfeel. It pairs well with red meats and mature cheeses, such as stewed venison or alpine cheese
