Barovier's Trento Spumante Brut Millesimato is an elegant and refined mountain sparkling wine that embodies the best of Trentino tradition. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the finest vineyards of the Adige Valley and aged for 36 months on the lees. The nose offers notes of yellow fruit, hints of hazelnut and vanilla, with hints of yeast on the finish. The palate is silky and balanced, with a defined structure, vibrant freshness and a persistent perlage. It pairs perfectly with a Trentino potato tortel with smoked trout
