The Valpolicella Classico Superiore 'Siora' from the Begali winery comes from vineyards in the heart of Valpolicella. Some of the grapes are left to dry briefly in the fruit cellar before being combined with fresh grapes in the winery. The result is a rich, full-bodied wine with hints of ripe cherry and blackberry, with delicate nuances of dried fruit and cocoa. On the palate, it is elegant and smooth, with great balance. Ideal with meat dishes, it pairs perfectly with tagliatelle al ragù or beef ribs
