Borgo Paglianetto's Verdicchio di Matelica 'Ergon' is part of the winery's artisanal line, produced with the sole aid of yeasts present in the fermentation environment, without inoculation. After six months in steel and two in the bottle, it expresses itself with aromas of white flowers, apple and peach, combined with a distinct herbaceous note. The palate is savoury and vibrant, with great balance and freshness. It pairs perfectly with blue fish dishes or the classic Vincisgrassi from the Marche region
