Aphros Wine's Loureiro-based Vinho Verde is a white wine that is very typical of its appellation, produced with artisan care and following biodynamic principles, of which this winery is a pioneer in its homeland. The nose is light and pleasantly fresh, with citrus fruits such as lime and orange and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is immediate, subtle but supported by crisp freshness and persistent savouriness. Excellent with sushi or alongside a clam soup
