The “Tokinoka” Blended Whisky is produced by a distillery located in Akashi, in the Hyogo prefecture, not far from the famous city of Kobe. The White Oak Distillery was the first distillery to produce Whisky in Japan and has been operating since 1919. Even today, it has remained faithful to a strictly traditional approach and produces a limited quantity of spirits, reserved for a selected audience of enthusiasts. The Blended Whisky “Tokinoka”, produced by the Japanese distillery White Oak Distillery, is born from a careful blend of fine Single Malt Akashi, which have as their main characteristic a tasting softness. At the end of the traditional distillation process, the Whisky matures for several years in oak barrels before being bottled. In the glass, it presents a golden yellow color with bright amber reflections and on the nose offers aromas of ripe fruit, apricots, cereal notes, hints of dried fruit, oriental spices, raisins, and citrus honey. The taste is round and soothing, with a sip harmonious and balanced, which elegantly unfolds towards a persistent finish.
