The "Sole" by Puni is an Italian Malt Whisky made in Alto Adige and aged for 2 years in ex-Borubon barrels and for another 2 years in ex-Sherry barrels. It reveals a creamy, sweet and warm sip, enriched with smooth notes of spices, honey, orange peel, toasted walnut and hints of oak wood

The Whisky Italian Malt 'Sole', produced by the South Tyrolean distillery Puni, represents the warmest, richest, and most mature face of the production of this interesting reality in Glorenza. Among the mountains of the northern area of Val Venosta, a Whisky of great personality and elegance is born, which captivates with a wide and multifaceted aromatic spectrum. Its round and enveloping sip is particularly appreciated by those who prefer Whisky with sweet fruit, with a character free of gustatory harshness, presenting itself on the palate soft and velvety, rich and seductive.

'Sole' is a Whisky Italian Malt that is born among the South Tyrolean peaks. The Puni distillery begins the preparation with a selection of Italian barley of excellent quality, which is malted and then fermented. The delicate phase of distillation follows, which takes place using Scottish Forthys stills, capable of returning the same finesse, aromatic richness, and elegance of great Scotch Whiskies. The water used to lower the alcohol content of the distillate comes from crystalline mountain springs and guarantees absolute purity and lightness. The maturation process takes place for 2 years in American oak barrels, previously used for Bourbon aging, and for another 2 years in barrels used to refine Pedro Ximenez Sherry wine, which contribute to impart fruity sweetness, aromatic complexity, and a particularly smooth and gentle profile.

The Italian Malt 'Sole' from the Puni brand is an ideal Whisky for those who love spirits with a soft and fruity, harmonious and rich character, echoing a bit the style of the great Scotch Whiskies from the Speyside region. Visually, it presents a beautiful bright and luminous antique gold. The bouquet is characterized by intense aromas, reminiscent of soft oriental spices, dried fruit, almond, toasted hazelnut, ripe fruit, the softness of acacia honey and caramel, notes of candied orange peel, and the woody sensations due to aging in fine noble woods. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, with a seductive and creamy, a mature and sunny sip, which harmoniously leads to a persistent finish and great taste balance.
