The Premium Blend Whisky 'Peated Malt Italiano' by Sibona is made from a precious blend of malts that includes peated malt. Distillation takes place in copper pot stills using water from the Eva spring, one of the highest in Europe. It is then aged for a long time in small oak barrels previously used for other peated Whiskies, a process that gives character to the distillate. On the nose, elegant aromas of cocoa, leather, and honey emerge, with pronounced peaty nuances, while on the palate it is velvety, persistent, with spicy notes and a finish of dried fruit. Excellent paired with aged cheeses
