The Macallan Single Malt ‘Vibrant Oak’ is the fourth release of the Harmony Collection, dedicated to oak and signed with Cirque du Soleil for the two hundred years of the distillery. It matures in American and European oak casks that previously held sherry, which define its character. On the nose, it is sweet and round, with a hint of vanilla, a touch of orange peel, and notes of honey and sweet oak. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, medium-bodied, with a delicate warmth and a medium, sweet finish that lingers pleasantly in the mouth.
