Arneis “Blangé” by Ceretto, offered in the Wine Box version, is a creation of one of the most important wineries in the Langhe area. For three generations, the Ceretto family has been producing great wines, with a range of prestigious labels that have now become part of the territory's elite. Among the first to understand the value of the environmental ecosystem, the Ceretto estate has long embraced the principles of organic farming. The Cortese grapes come from the hilly area of the Monsordo Bernardina estate, located near Alba. The vineyards are situated at an altitude between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. The mild climate and the soils composed of clays, silt, and sands have proven to be very suitable for hosting white grape varieties as well. Once the harvest operations are completed, the grapes undergo a cryomaceration of about 12 hours at a temperature of 5 °C, which allows for excellent extraction of aromas and fragrances. This is followed by soft pressing and fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for several months in steel, preserving all its aromatic exuberance intact.
