The Wine Box Cuvage is a selection of 6 bottles from the Cuvage, an innovative interpreter of Piedmontese Metodo Classico. Discover the freshness of Alta Langa, the smoothness of Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine and the aromaticity of Rosé sparkling wine, with a wine suitable for every palate. Whether you need to toast a special occasion or enjoy a lighthearted aperitif with friends, this Wine Box is just right for you!

The Wine Box from the Cuvage estate is a selection of fresh and fragrant bubbles, perfect for a Classic Method tasting among friends. The young sparkling wine reality Cuvage was founded in 2011 in Acqui Terme, in the province of Alessandria, with the aim of enhancing the ancient sparkling wine tradition of Basso Piemonte, a territory where the first Italian Classic Methods were produced in the 19th century. To highlight its sparkling specialization, two French terms related to the world of Classic Method were chosen as the name of the winery, namely “cuvée” and “perlage”.

The Cuvage Wine Box is a package of six bottles that contains two bottles of Alta Langa Brut Cuvage, two bottles of Spumante Brut Rosé di Nebbiolo Cuvage, and two bottles of Spumante Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuvage, all Classic Method with a lively and vibrant character. In particular, the Alta Langa Brut from Cuvage comes from a blend of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, varieties grown on marl and limestone soils at 450 metersin altitude. The processing of the sparkling base takes place in stainless steel tanks while the second fermentation occurs in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with at least 36 months of aging on the lees in glass. Instead, the Cuvage Rosé Brut Nebbiolo is a lively interpretation of Nebbiolo from grapes grown on clay-limestone soils at an altitude between 380 and 450 meters above sea level. After the first fermentation in steel, the second fermentation in the bottle follows the Classic Method, with at least two years of aging sur lie. Finally, the Cuvage Brut Blanc de Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay from grapes grown over 350 meters in altitude on soils composed of marls and limestone. The winemaking takes place in steel, and the sparkling base is subsequently subjected to the second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with at least 24 months of resting on the lees in glass.

For bubble lovers, whether experts or amateurs, the Cuvage Wine Box is a package not to be missed.
