Albarino 'Heritage' Paco & Lola 2020

Paco & Lola's 'Heritage' Albariño comes from the vineyards of Val do Salnés and interprets the authentic character of this territory. The vines sink their roots into sandy-clay soils of granitic origin. It is produced in limited edition with a 19-month aging in 500-liter oak barrels that gives the wine softness and complexity. On the nose, it expresses hints of Golden apple, ripe peach, and citrus, enriched by lactic references. The sip is fresh and silky, with a pleasant sapidity and embrace. It pairs well with gratinated oysters.
