Collina dei Ciliegi's Amarone della Valpolicella 'Ciliegio' is a highly prized red wine, the jewel in the winery's crown. It is produced in the high hills at around 450 metres above sea level, from grapes that are left to dry for 100 days before being processed in the winery. After a long ageing process lasting four years, it expresses power and finesse: aromas of cherries in alcohol, plums and cocoa anticipate a deep, warm and velvety taste. A great Veronese red wine designed for important occasions, perfect with braised meats or mature cheeses
