The grapes are grown in the vineyards of Monte Tenda, and Monte Crosetta Rasso, located on the hills of the village of Fumane, planted on soils are poor, stony rocky. During the harvest, the grapes are selected by hand: a very hard work that ensures the collection of only the best bunches, while the rest remains on the plant. After harvesting, the grapes are dried and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine stays on the skins for a total of 40 days. Ageing takes place in oak barrels for 33 months, followed by a further rest in bottles for another 12 months in the cellar of the estate.
