Cantina Antonioli's 'Antimes' is a juicy and aromatic white wine, made mainly from Malvasia grapes. The imaginative name celebrates the unique terroir of the vineyards located on the hills of the Mesozoic anticline, an ancient geological formation, hence 'Anti-Mes'. The nose is immediate and intense with hints of fresh fruit and vegetal notes. On the palate, it is full and dynamic, fresh and inviting to drink. Perfect with grilled fish with aromatic herbs or a risotto with spring vegetables
