Andrea Occhipinti's Rosso 'Arcaico' is a genuine red wine. Its character reflects that of the producer, who plays on the intensity of the raw material and uses neutral containers such as amphorae, concrete and steel to express an essential style. The nose develops hints of ripe red fruit, sweet spices and an earthy trace, while the palate shows structure, warmth and great flavour. It pairs well with roasted meats and mature cheeses, and is ideal with roast lamb
