The Asti Spumante from Ca' d'Gal is a light and pleasant sparkling wine with great drinkability. It is made from Moscato grapes and undergoes refermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat method, which preserves fragrance and aromatic purity. It clearly expresses the varietal identity of the grape, with a crisp and lively profile. On the nose, notes of citrus and white flowers emerge with fresh and delicate sensations. On the palate, it is slender, soft, and sweet, balanced by excellent freshness. It pairs well with traditional panettone.
