Roccheviberti's Barolo 'Bricco Boschis' comes from one of the most recognisable plots in Castiglione Falletto, one of the most prestigious 'menzioni' in the municipality. The long vinification and ageing in large barrels define a rigorous style that is faithful to tradition. The nose is precise and deep with fine hints of red and black fruit, as well as earthy and wet stone notes. On the palate, it is structured, taut and persistent, suitable for important Piedmontese dishes and game, such as stewed game or tajarin with hare ragù
