To be enjoyed on a special occasion, with game, stews, or beef roasts.

The red Barolo “Bussia” comes from the experience of a family that has been dedicated to viticulture in the Langhe since the mid-nineteenth century, particularly in the area of Monforte d'Alba. The Giacomo Fenocchio winery owns high-quality vineyards and continues to produce great wines with a traditional face, a pure expression of a great terroir. The wine is the result of five hectares of vineyards located in the famous Bussia cru, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level, with a sunny exposure.south-west. The vines are about 35 years old and are cultivated on calcareous-clay soils, rich in iron elements. The harvest takes place in the first half of October, and the grapes are vinified traditionally, with spontaneous fermentations and indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The maceration on the skins lasts about forty days, in order to achieve complete extraction. The wine matures for 6 months in steel tanks and 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 35-50 hectoliters, before the final aging in the bottle.

It presents itself in the glass with a beautiful bright garnet red color with ruby reflections.
