Roccheviberti's Barolo 'Rocche di Castiglione Vigne Vecchie' is an intense red wine in the Langhe tradition, produced by selecting the oldest vineyards on the estate in Castiglione. Fresh but austere, this wine can spend years in the cellar, benefiting from time as an ingredient. It reveals a mature profile on the nose with jam and spices, while on the palate it is warm, tannic and has a fresh balsamic finish. It should be left to rest in the cellar for a few years and paired with refined meat dishes
