Roccheviberti's Barolo 'Rocche di Castiglione' expresses one of the most suitable crus in the entire municipality of Castiglione Falletto. The soils are richer in sand than in neighbouring areas, a guarantee of finesse and great aromaticity. The structure is classic and the nose is complex, with layered fruit aromas, while the palate is solid, deep and warm, expressing consistency throughout the sip. It pairs well with structured red meats and mature cheeses, such as braised beef in Barolo or a toma d'alpeggio cheese
